This site is operated by Argentix LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, doing business as SuperlativeSites ("we", "us", "our"). We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run our service, and we do not sell your personal information.
Quote and contact forms: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and your message. Chat assistant: the messages you send it, including any contact details you choose to share. Site analytics: pages visited, general device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. If you become a client, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
To respond to your inquiries, provide a quote, deliver and improve our services, handle billing, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information, we do not run ads, and we do not use your information for cross-site advertising.
The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a human. Your chat messages are processed by Anthropic, the AI provider that powers it, to generate responses, and we may review conversations to improve how it serves visitors. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Trusted service providers process information on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Resend (delivers form submissions to our inbox by email), Anthropic (powers the chat assistant), and Stripe (payment processing for clients). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Third parties do not collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites through this site.
You can ask us to review, update, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or ask any question about this policy, by emailing team@superlativesites.com. This is our designated request address, and we respond to verified requests within 60 days. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but the same address handles any request.
Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. Like most sites, we do not currently respond to them, but our practices are the same either way: no ads, no cross-site tracking, no selling data.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. The site runs on HTTPS everywhere with managed, professionally maintained infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we build to modern security standards.
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. The date at the top always tells you when this policy last changed.
